PACKAGING

Your jewellery will arrive in a luxury LILY & ROO gift box with a branded polishing cloth. All LILY & ROO packaging is eco-friendly and FSC certified.

A gift note can be included with your order. You can write this during the checkout process.

The option to select gift wrapping is at checkout.

Important Notice: Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday and through to Sunday will be processed the following working days.

For all orders to the EU and Rest of World (ROW), duties and taxes are included in the final price.

For USA orders, all duties, taxes, and tariffs are included within the product price. Where applicable, local state taxes will be added at checkout.
