Faulty Jewellery

We hope you are happy with your piece of Lily & Roo jewellery. However, if there is a fault within 12 months we can often replace the piece.

If the piece is damaged, we can often repair the piece for a small fee.

Exchanges

We can often exchange pieces for longer/shorter lengths, different materials or different pieces altogether.

If you wish to start an exchange, please email exchanges@lilyandroo.com, quoting your name, order number and exchange request. We will reply to you with confirmation whether your exchange is possible.
