If you’ve selected our free estimated delivery service or, we aim to deliver items within 4-6 working days, but our free postage service is estimated and can take much longer during busy periods such as these. Our 'Next Day' service is still the fastest way to receive your jewellery and is still operating.
Next Day - Delivered the next working day on all orders placed before 2pm. Please note: our office is closed over the weekend, so orders placed at this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Free Mainland UK Delivery: (ESTIMATED 4-6 working days) Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays.
*Please note, laser engraved items will be dispatched within 5 working days of an order being placed.*
Europe: £8.00 by Royal Mail (ESTIMATED 6-8 working days to Europe)
International: £12.00 by Royal Mail (ESTIMATED 8-12 working days to the rest of the world)

Signed For: Please note, for ‘signed for’ deliveries, someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
International Postal Terms: Lily & Roo cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. We use Royal Mail as our chosen courier, and, although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time, once Royal Mail handover parcels to the courier in recipients’ countries, we no longer have control, or responsibility, over that parcel’s delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.
UK addresses: Lily & Roo cannot be held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. Lily & Roo cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers. Lily & Roo is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, Lily & Roo have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package.
Do You Have A Store I can visit?
At present, we do not have a store which customers can visit, collect orders from, or return orders to.
Can I Get My Order Delivered Any Faster?
If your order is time sensitive, please ensure you choose the fastest delivery option available at checkout. If your order is even more urgent, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com, quoting your name, order number and time sensitive deadline. We will always do our best to help.
How Do I Track My Order?
All Lily & Roo orders are posted using Royal Mail. You can track your order by entering your tracking number into Royal Mail’s ‘Track and Trace’ page. Typically, you will receive your parcel’s unique tracking number once your order has been dispatched by one of our team. Tracking is available from the time your order is dispatched, to the point it is marked as delivered.
