Returns

At Lily & Roo, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery, however, if the piece isn't quite right for you, we are happy to help. We accept returns of all products apart from personalised items.

All items must be returned in line with our returns policy.

All non-personalised pieces purchased from the 1st November to 31st December will be subject to our extended returns policy until Jan 15th 2024.
