“After a decade working in the jewellery industry, I noticed there wasn’t a lot of choice out there for women who wanted beautiful, affordable pieces for the special moments in their lives - particularly their wedding day. I myself really struggled to find bridal jewellery that I would continue to love and wear long after my big day, and had seen friends go through the same thing. So in 2018, whilst pregnant with my little boy, I started LILY & ROO.
Five years on, LILY & ROO is a team of 20+ talented women, designing and creating sustainable, often personalised jewellery for women all over the world from our London Studio. We’ve become a go-to for brides which is incredibly special - and we’re seeing more and more customers wanting to reward themselves and their loved ones for getting that new job or making it through a tough time. Whatever the occasion, we know you’ll find your LILY & ROO piece.”

By tagging your social media posts and/or social media images/video content (including captions) with the following handles @lilyandrooldn, or submitting your content to email@example.com, you agree to the following policy:
All posts and content tagged @lilyandrooldn, or submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org, including without limitation, your name, biographical information and all other names, usernames, pseudonyms, text, likenesses, graphics, logos, marks, images, photographs, code, videos, clips, GIFs, moving images and all other information and material shall be referred to in this policy as " UGC”.
- You grant us a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable - unless you tell us otherwise - transferable, worldwide licence (including the right to sub-licence) to use, publish, edit and remove UGC in our sole discretion and on any media, for any purpose, including to advertise our products;
- You hereby warrant and represent that:
- i) you own all rights in UGC;
- ii) you have obtained permission from any person(s) identifiable in UGC to grant the rights specified in this policy.
- iii) you have obtained permission from the photographer or videographer.
- You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or procure the same from any third party where applicable) any and all moral rights and any other similar rights in connection with our usage of UGC.
- You shall indemnify and hold us harmless and any person acting our behalf from any and all claims, demands, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which we may incur in connection with the use of UGC.
- We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, so please check back here when you tag or upload UGC.
You agree that the User Content may be shared across social media and elsewhere on the internet including, but not limited to third-party internet sites, emails, advertisements and the social media accounts of our partners, retailers, and vendors.
You agree that any User Content: will be accurate; will not violate or facilitate the violation of any law or regulation; will not violate any right of a third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; will not cause injury to any person or entity; and will not contain, or provide links to, obscene, profane, or threatening language, malware, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, any form of “spam”, or any material that could be considered harmful, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, or degrading. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and We assume no liability for any User Content submitted by you.
You acknowledge and agree that We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to do any or all of the following, in our sole discretion: (i) monitor User Content; (ii) alter, remove, or refuse to post or allow to be posted any User Content; and/or (iii) disclose any User Content, and the circumstances surrounding its transmission, to any third party. For any User Content you submit, you grant to Us a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, display, perform, transmit, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell and distribute such User Content and to incorporate the User Content into any form, medium, or technology, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, all without compensation to you.
For this reason, do not send us any User Content that you do not wish to license to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.
In addition, you grant to Us the right to include the name provided along with the User Content submitted by you; provided, however, We shall have no obligation to include such name with such User Content. Any User Content You voluntarily submit will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the licenses granted in this section, including but not limited to permission from or on behalf of any individuals that appear in the User Content to use, and grant to third parties the right to use, their name, image, voice and/or likeness without compensation to you or any other person or entity.
Please note that any User Content posted may be used by us for commercial purposes and may be copied or exported from any of our sites and published elsewhere on the internet, including on any social media sites, or otherwise.
Be aware that We have no control over User Content once it is republished or exported elsewhere, and it is possible that others may duplicate material submitted, including, but not limited to, on other sites on the Internet, including on any social media sites, so please exercise discretion in deciding what to submit to Us.
