And for many of our engravable pieces, the process happens right here with our team, meaning selected personalised jewellery can be engraved the same day and delivered as soon as the next working day in the UK.

We’ve always believed jewellery should feel personal.

INSIDE OUR ENGRAVING PROCESS
So, what actually happens when you order an engraved piece from LILY & ROO?
We offer in-house engraving on a selection of our pendants and rings, allowing our team to personalise your jewellery especially for you.
When ordering an engravable piece online, you can enter the text you would like added and, depending on the design, choose from five different fonts. Each product has its own character limit, so you can see exactly how much space you have to create your personalisation.
That could be:
Your own initials or those of someone you love
A name
A birthday
A wedding or anniversary date
The initials of your children
A short message
A meaningful word
A heart
A date that changed everything
Once your order reaches us, your chosen personalisation is added to your jewellery before the piece is carefully checked and prepared for its journey to you.
It’s one of the loveliest parts of what we do, seeing a piece go from one of our designs to something completely individual to the person who will eventually wear it.
PERSONALISED TODAY, WITH YOU TOMORROW
We know that sometimes the most thoughtful gifts aren’t necessarily the ones planned months in advance.
That’s why selected pieces in our engraved jewellery collection are available with our same-day engraving service.
For UK orders, place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday and selected engravable pieces can be personalised that day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday can also be selected for Saturday delivery.
So, even when a birthday has crept up on you or you suddenly realise you need something meaningful for an upcoming celebration, choosing a personalised gift doesn’t necessarily mean waiting weeks for it to be made.
Please always check the individual product page before ordering, as not every personalised design is eligible for same-day engraving. Some of our made-to-order pieces and selected pendants and bangles require specialist laser engraving at our workshop and take approximately 5–6 working days to create.

Engraved necklaces and pendants
Our engravable discs and pendants are perfect for adding names, initials, dates and short messages.
Some designs can be engraved on both sides, giving you even more room to make your piece meaningful. You could choose a name on the front and a date on the reverse, two initials, or a message that stays hidden close to you.
Initial jewellery
Sometimes one letter says everything.
Our initial necklaces and bracelets are a subtle way to represent your own name or someone special to you. They also make lovely gifts when you want something personal without choosing a longer engraved message.
Birthstone jewellery
Birthstones add another layer of meaning through the month someone was born.
Our personalised calendar jewellery, for example, allows you to combine important dates, names and birthstones within one piece, making it especially meaningful for mums, families and milestone occasions.
Faith and religious jewellery
Personalisation can also make faith jewellery particularly meaningful.
Our collection includes crosses, St Christopher medallions and other religious pieces, with selected designs available to engrave with a name, date or message.
