The Love Story
Tiegan and Jay met almost eight years ago, when she was just eighteen and he was nineteen. Both from the same town, they were introduced through mutual friends and have been inseparable ever since. Together they bought their first home in 2023, welcomed their beloved dog Winnie into the family, and became engaged in September 2024, a love story that grew steadily and gently into forever.
The Day
The couple exchanged vows at Kendal Parish Church before celebrating with family and friends at the Merewood Country House Hotel, with photography by Camillalucindaphotography capturing every moment.
The theme of the day was classic romance with a Regency touch, timeless, elegant, and effortlessly beautiful.
"The wedding breakfast was the best part of the day. We had a live singer, and everyone was up dancing in between courses."
The Jewellery
For her wedding day, Tiegan chose the Large Single Pearl Necklace and the Double Pearl Drop Stud Earrings from LILY & ROO.
"I wanted something simple, elegant and timeless to match my dress."
Looking ahead, she has her eye on the Gold Diamond Style Tennis Bracelet as her next piece.
"They are such a staple in every girl's jewellery box."
Her Advice To Other Brides
"Be present every single second of the day with your partner. Don't leave each other's sides, and just take a moment to soak up all your loved ones in one room — they're all here to celebrate your love, and it is so beautiful."
Why LILY & ROO
"I chose LILY & ROO because every single piece tells a different story. There is something for everyone and any theme, yet they are always timeless classics you can wear over and over again. They're not just a wear-once-and-never-again piece — they're a staple."
