LILY & ROO BRIDES: Lily's Wedding Jewellery

Set against the beautiful Cornish coastline, Lily and Luke celebrated their wedding on 1st August at Polurrian on the Lizard. With a theme centred around the seaside and, most importantly, love, their day brought together nine years of memories, their favourite people and thoughtful details that made the celebration completely their own.

From timeless pearls to a special wedding - morning gift from Luke, Lily chose LILY & ROO jewellery to add an elegant finishing touch to her bridal look.

Lily and Luke's story began long before their wedding day, after first meeting at school.

Nine years later, they celebrated the next chapter of their relationship surrounded by the people who had been part of their journey together.

For Lily, having everyone they loved gathered in one place was what made the day so special. After years of memories together, their wedding was an opportunity to celebrate not only becoming husband and wife, but the relationship and life they had already built along the way.

With the Cornish coast as their backdrop, Lily described the theme of their wedding simply as "seaside and love."

Polurrian on the Lizard was the perfect setting, bringing the beauty of the coast into a day that felt relaxed, romantic and personal to them.

When we asked Lily about her favourite part of the wedding, it wasn't one particular detail or moment that stood out. It was having all of the people they loved together in one place, celebrating their love after nine years together.

And while months of planning go into a wedding, Lily's advice to future brides is a reminder to enjoy the day once it finally arrives:

"Enjoy every second, it really does go as quickly as people say!"

For her bridal jewellery, Lily chose a combination of timeless pearl pieces: Our Gold Huggie Pearl Drop Earrings and Gold Single Pearl Choker. 

Simple and elegant, the pieces added just the right amount of detail to her bridal look without taking away from the rest of her styling.

But there was one final piece Lily didn't know she'd be wearing.

On the morning of their wedding, Luke surprised her with the Gold Layered Pearl Bracelet, giving her one more special piece to complete her look. Not only did it pair beautifully with her earrings and necklace, but the meaning behind it made it an even more memorable part of her wedding jewellery.

"They were so beautiful and simple, and elevated my look exactly how I wanted them to."
